GET TO KNOW ME...

Hi! I'm Amelia, a 15-year-old writer and content creator from Australia. My biggest dream is to pursue a career in literature. I'm currently working on my debut novel, project.enigami, which I hope to publish sometime in 2025.
I use my social media to inspire other creatives to strive for their dreams alongside me. Whether it's writing, painting, sculpture, music, dance, theatre, cinematography... Please continue to express yourself :)

Ever since I was little, I've loved art. Reading became an obsession more than a hobby. I'd draw everyday, all day... and my favourite English classes were when we did creative writing. When I turned 11, I decided I wanted to write my own novel. It didn't go so well, and I abandoned that project a few months later. Now, I'm determined not to give up. I've been working on my current novel for two years, and though the editing process has been BRUTAL, I'm still desperate to share this story with the world.

My writing covers many genres: adventure, fantasy, romance, and strange other-worldly concepts that don't really make sense. More importantly, I write with emotion. I capture what I feel, because emotion and passion is the heart of humanity. Because of this, I tend to be a mood-writer, and immerse myself in scenes I personally connect to.

-
playing piano (listening to and playing music are completely different feelings)
-
researching something (rabbit holes!!)
-
homework (alas, I am still a student.)
